In order to be able to manufacture complete machines with a total weight of up to 40 tons, FIMSI
has fitted every department with an high level of ability for lifting and movement, fitting
rotating table boring machines of a large caliber and special technologies for the turning, serration
and rectification of cogs.
The manufactured goods are tested 100% on fixed testing stations with systems for surveying of the principal parameters of operations. The highest standards of noise, vibration and temperature are reached thanks also to a balanced activity of the rotating earth couplings and checks on the contacts and the residual play.
