A UNIVERSAL CONCEPT OF QUALITY

Qualitative strategies of prevention, control and testing

What does quality mean in the FIMSI language?
It means to offer a diligent and professional service which follows the client from the preliminary studies until the delivery of the orders, and the assembly.
Furthermore, since quality is an a priori choice, even the prevention of problems becomes a corporate strategy of primary importance. As such, in order to eliminate possible difficulties in the assembly phase, the most critical machines and components are modelled with 3D CAD.
The strategy is perfected by a step-by-step control of the production with the latest generation of measurement and verification systems.

This, alongside a management completely dedicated to the actual commission, allows the drawing-up a product identity card.
Such a document is useful for the complete traceability of every work phase, even the selection of the materials, and is now an integral part of the FIMSI consignment. In this document are listed all the manufacturing details including the testing report as a confirmation of the efficiency of the processes and the efficacy of the results.
Further qualitative checks are carried out by the FIMSI engineers on a standard and non standard basis, satisfying any particular requirements of control or analysis expressed by the client at the beginning of the process.
