Every area of competence is equipped with specific optimal
equipment as well

capacity lifting and movement of the pieces in the manufacture.
In the structural steelwork departments, there are areas equipped for the preparation
for the materials
with digitally controlled cutting systems, automatic and manual sand-blasting
systems for the
preparation of the surfaces, calendering and folding of metal sheets, sections
and pipes.
The welding departments are equipped with automatic and electronic machines
that carry out
every type of welding requested. These are then treated for thermal stretching
in ovens, and sent off
to the next phase of the cycle.
It is exactly in these departments that FIMSI distinguishes itself: in
fact its rollers ladding machines are purposely designed to
allow maximum flexibility in the choice of the operative technologies, and
in the dimensions of the items being worked on.
Even the mechanical processing departments offer a wide
range of solutions, having at their disposal
high productivity machines and automation for larger runs, as well as versatile
machines which operate on commissioned pieces.
The final checks are entrusted to the Quality Control departments where FIMSI
